Speaker Help Site - an interactive web site created to assist your speakers with the file submission process.

Presentation Upload Site - A seperate site for the collection of files to be used on-site for presentation purposes.

Pr-eShow and On-Site Presentation Management and Review - Our team of qualified technicians will review the presentation files as they are submitted and will assist speakers on-site in the speaker ready room.

Post-Show Presentations DVD-R Disc Set - All presentation files collected before and during the meeting will be turned over to our client post-show.
