Kidney Week 2011
November 8 - 13, 2011

Submitting a Presentation for Onsite Use

How to Name Your Presentation

Please remember, there are many speakers at Kidney Week. To avoid presentations mistaken with others of the same name, DO NOT name your presentation “2011ASN”. To help with cataloguing and retrieving, you must save your presentation as the following:

Format: Date_Name_ShortTitle.ppt
Example: 111311_ScottSmith_kidneyfailure.ppt

Breakdown of example:

o Presentation Date: 111311
o Name: Scott Smith
o ShortTitle: kidneyfailure

It is recommended that speakers check in 24 hours prior to their sessions if possible. We encourage speakers to review their presentations in the Speaker Ready Room to ensure that all images, animations, and transitions as well as Greek characters and graphs transferred sucessfully.
