Submitting
a Presentation for Onsite Use
How to Name Your Presentation
Please remember, there are many speakers at Board Review. To avoid PowerPoint presentations mistaken with others
of the same name, DO NOT name your presentation “2010ASN”. To help with cataloguing and retrieving, you must
save your presentation as the following:
Format: Date_Name_ShortTitle.ppt
Example: 082910_ScottSmith_kidneyfailure.ppt
Breakdown of example:
o Presentation Date: 082910 (format is MMDDYY for August 29, 2010)
o Name: Scott Smith
o
ShortTitle: kidneyfailure
