Handouts
should be in a common document format. The most common formats are
PowerPoint (.PPT, .PPTX), Microsoft Word (.DOC, .DOCX), and Portable
Document File (.PDF).
Proper Format
The file(s) you submit should be in a readable
document file type. If you wish to submit another file type please
contact the Speaker Concierge to submit your request.

Name your Files Correctly
As there are many handouts at the SLA Annual
Conference, it is important to label your files correctly. To help
us, please name your PowerPoint file as follows (separate fields
with underscores):
Format: LastName_FirstName_ShortTitle.ppt
Example: Smith_Joe_InnovativeInformation.ppt
